Placing an Order

Packages are shipped by Consolidated DHL/USPS or UPS
Upgraded methods are available to comply with customers’ expedited needs.

Shipping Methods and Timing for International Orders

• All orders are subject to verification and approval
• Orders are shipped the next business day by DHL;
  to be Delivered by your local Postal Service
• Most orders (Except Canadian Orders) are shipped by Express Mail upon availability
• Canadian orders can only be expedited up to Canadian Customes
• Please allow 5-7 business days for shipments to arrive
• All duty fees and charges are the responsibility of the customer

Damage or shortage claims
All Claims for damage or shortage of merchandise must be made at the time of the delivery.

Return Policy

• Merchandise could be returned within 30 days for an exchange and 14 days full refund
• Returns received after this time are subject to a 10% restocking fee
• Shipping charges are nonrefundable
• Duty fees and charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be credited

Casual21.com does not take any responsibility and is not obligated to fulfill orders with incorrect pricing or product specifications due to typographical errors. We shall have the right to cancel or refuse any such order without liability.

Stock Availability
Merchandise advertised is generally in stock. Should we become oversold due to any unpredicted reason, your order may be delayed for one business day. Rush orders will be notified on the same business day by email.

A Business day is a day that Casual 21 is open for shipping. This is usually based on United States regular working days which excludes weekends, legal as well as major holidays.
