Return Policy
Items are returnable 14 days from the day of receipt for refund, and 30 days from day of receipt for exchanges.
Returns are accepted without an RMA #
All returned merchandise must be in complete original manufacturer's packaging, mint condition , with all accessories, tags, documentation and authenticity cards.
Items that include a registration card, must be unregistered.
Please inspect your purchase carefully upon receipt.
Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two (2) business days of receipt of merchandise.
If any of the above conditions are not met, Casual 21 reserves the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.
Defective items may be repaired or exchanged.
Refunds on returned items which were paid for by credit card, will only be made by crediting the account charged for the purchase.
Refunds on returned items which were paid for by check will be made by check after a 10-day waiting period from placement of the order.
Shipping charges are notrefundable.
A $10.00 charge may be applied for returned goods of a free shipping offer.
